Terms & Conditions for Receipt Submission
By participating in the Sport Vision receipt submission process for the Athens Half Marathon 2025 (AHM25) promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility: This receipt submission process is open to customers who have made a valid purchase from Sport Vision, Glyfada during the promotional period. Only receipts from qualifying purchases will be accepted.
2. Submission Process:
o Customers must submit their purchase receipt along with their full name, email address, and any other required information to runyourbestrace2024@gmail.com.
o Submission must be made until 9th of December.
o All submitted information must be accurate and complete, as it will be used for verification and registration purposes.
3. Purpose of Data Collection:
o The personal information you provide will be used exclusively for the purposes of this promotion and for your registration in the Athens Half Marathon 2025 (AHM25).
o Your personal details will not be used for any other marketing activity, promotional efforts, or purposes other than those strictly related to this promotion.
o You may be contacted via email solely to provide further details about your AHM25 registration and related updates.
4. Privacy and Data Handling:
o Sport Vision is committed to protecting your personal information and will not share it with third parties, except as necessary for the administration of this promotion and AHM25 registration.
5. Receipt Verification:
o Submitted receipts must be clear, legible, and must include key details such as the store name, purchase date, and the items purchased.
o Sport Vision reserves the right to reject any receipts that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or do not meet the necessary criteria.
6. Promotional Offers: If this receipt submission is linked to a promotional offer, such as entry into the AHM25 or related rewards, only one submission per person is allowed unless otherwise stated. The offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
7. Disqualification: Sport Vision reserves the right to disqualify participants who do not comply with these terms or are found to be submitting fraudulent or invalid receipts.
8. Changes to Terms: Sport Vision reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated on our website or via email.
9. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Greece/Athens. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Greece/Athens.
